The entire crew at Robertson Morrison was terrific! Karen in the office was knowledgeable, communicated clearly, and cared about our needs. The serviceman was also skilled and excellent at communicating information about our system, and he discovered a boiler leak that left alone could have been a disaster! The estimator was prompt, and scheduled us quickly for a new boiler. The entire crew who installed the new boiler was timely, polite, and most importantly very talented at their job. The installation is beautifully done, just what our 100-year-old home deserves. We are grateful to have found this company and will use them at all our family’s homes and businesses.

Our appointment was at 8am and he arrived exactly on time. Tech was excellent, he even let me stand around and badger him with questions constantly. Our unit is older and he was open about the cost of repair vs. replacement. Got us back up and running same day and the price was more than reasonable.
