The company began business in 1959 in Ann Arbor, concentrating on residential and light commercial heating and cooling projects. During the late 70's the company became involved in larger commercial heating and cooling projects. In order to provide the same personalized customer service in all sectors of the heating and cooling market, the company formed the following divisions in the early 80's:
- Service residential furnace and air conditioners to large commercial HVAC systems
- Service Contracts and Automatic Routine Maintenance Agreements (for residential and commercial heating and cooling systems)
- Residential Heating and Cooling systems for New Construction / Custom Homes
- Residential Air Conditioning Add-On & Furnace Replacements
- Commercial (Plan & Spec and Design-Build Heating and Cooling Systems)
